Resolution Run
A combined total of over 420 miles were covered today to benefit the Kenny Rogers Children's Center in Sikeston, MO! The KRCC provides children with specialized therapy treatments that are second to none, and at no cost to the family! The center is very special to our family as it has been the source of therapy treatments for our son for the past two years!
New to the event this year was the 10k race! This allowed runners & walkers to choose between 3 race distances (10k, 5k, or 1-Mile). There seemed to be a bit of confusion as several participants made last-minute decisions to change their race distance, but in the end, it's all good!
We hope everyone enjoys the results. This year we will be posting "Age Graded" results for the majority of our races. Age Graded Results DO NOT count for awards....it is just a fun way to spice-up the competition a little! It's just for prestige and braggin' rights!
Judge your performance, using an achievement percentile, without bias for gender or the aging process (in other words, you are measured against a specific standard for your age and sex). These percentiles can be interpreted as follows:
TRI-POISON Race Series

If you are new to endurance sports, that's okay, sign up for an individual event, or "tri" your hand at 2 events in a day. However, if you are one of those "crazy" athletes who pride themselves on NOT following the norm, join us this spring as we celebrate Poison Prevention Awareness month!
Athletes who dare brave all 4 events will be fighting to claim their title as "King of Poison"!
